Prices, transit times, availability, route calculations and other outputs are estimates based on the information and sources available at the time. Actual offers can change based on locations, distance, vehicle condition, carrier availability, fuel costs, season, requested dates, service level and other factors. MoveDigest does not guarantee any price, pickup date, delivery date, carrier availability or transportation outcome.
MoveDigest is not a carrier or broker
MoveDigest is not a motor carrier or freight broker and does not transport property, select carriers for customers, negotiate transportation contracts, take custody of vehicles or freight, or accept payment for transportation services.
External providers
A quote form, referral link or commercial option may direct you to an independent external provider. That provider controls its quotes, eligibility decisions, contracts, payments, customer support and transportation services. Review the provider's own terms and privacy policy before submitting information or purchasing a service. Your agreement for a transportation service is with that provider, not MoveDigest.
Affiliate compensation
MoveDigest may receive compensation when a visitor follows a disclosed affiliate or referral link and completes a qualifying action. Compensation does not increase the price unless the external provider states otherwise, and it does not guarantee that a provider is suitable for a particular shipment.
Responsible use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business research. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or reproduce substantial portions of the site in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
